All products shipped via EMS Express insured with tracking number. Shipping charge is automatically calculated for most countries in the world, please order directly on the web store and the shipping charge will be presented to you as you checkout.
For all warranty returns, you must first contact us for verification of the problem, then if the product requires to be returned for service, we will issue an return authorization for the products return. Return units without authorization may risk being rejected or returned at customer's cost.
For normal warranty returns, customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to us (we recommend postal express/air parcel for lower cost) and we will pay the shipping back to customer.
For out of warranty items, both trip's shipping cost will be customer's responsibility, but we will service and repair the product at very reasonable cost.
