KECES PT-111 Balanced Isolation Transformer is designed specifically to address this issue.


KECES PT-111 is a balanced isolation transformer designed to meet the need of audiophile equipments. It provides clean power by harnessing the unique strength of balanced isolation transformer to easily cancel out the noise and interferences in your power line.

1. Clean Power: Harnessing the unique strength of balanced isolation transformer PT-111 not only isolates your equipment from line power, it also isolates and cancels out most of the noises and interferences from your power line.
2. High Current Capability: Unlike other isolation transformer, PT-111 does not cause congestion, compression or reduction of dynamics. It provides not only the reduction noise and interferences, but also provides great details, dynamics and liveliness because we have specifically designed it for audio use.

Hospital Grade Sockets: PT-111 uses the great sounding Cooper IG8300 Hospital Grade socket, not only is it extremely durable and secure, but also sounds head and shoulders above most other sockets used by other power conditioners/power centers in the market. (The most often used socket are those $2USD sockets that you see in hardware stores, and it uses paper thin brass contacts while Cooper IG8300 uses heavy duty metal contact leaf that is many times thicker.)
4. Custom Low Noise Toroidal Transformer: designed to handle demanding loads from audio equipments, not only does it work, but it works very efficiently and does not get hot like other less efficient design. Less efficient design not only gets hot, it will also hum and buzz noticeably while the output power progressively degrades as the transformer gets hotter and hotter.
5. Compact & Stylish: Unlike other isolation transformer that had to be hidden somewhere behind the rack, PT-111's compact and stylish chassis allows it to be placed almost anywhere. Also allows you to use separate isolation transformers for digital and analog equipments, as well as for heavy and light loads.
6. Performance Upgrade: Computer grade IEC power inlet is upgradeable to IeGO Audio Grade sockets at the time of order. For more dynamics, detail and warmth IeGO GU-R301 gold plated 99.99% pure copper IEC socket ($30USD) is a great upgrade. For even better dynamics, detail and an overall balanced and neutral tone, IeGO AG-R301 99.99% pure silver IEC socket ($90USD) would be the ultimate upgrade.

Neat and tight interior, there is no tangled mess of cable that can cause safety concern. Power is switched via an oversized relay for best performance.

KECES PT-111 Basic Specs:

1. Rated power: Continuous 300 Watts, Pulse 450 Watts. (This transformer is capable of well over 300 Watts, but for best sound quality and efficiency, please keeps it at or under 300 Watts.)
2. Output Voltage: Standard units are for 100～120V input and output, other voltage, step up or step down configuration are also available for custom order at no additional cost. (7-14 business day needed for custom ordered units)
3. Cooper Hospital Grade Sockets: High performance and reliable IG8300RN (RN=Red) is highly regarded by many audiophiles as the socket with one of the highest C/P ratio. However, other isolation transformers, power center/conditioners often equip their unit with low grade sockets that degrade the performance of the unit, and that is why we equip PT-111 with the great sounding Cooper IG8300RN.
4. Upgradeable to IeGO Power Inlet: Optional upgrade to IeGO GU-R301 gold plated copper or top grade AG-R301 pure silver socket, allows you to upgrade the performance of everything that is connected to PT-111 at once.
5. Included Accessory: Computer grade power cable, will include the proper type for customer's region.
6. Dimensions: 215mm * 205mm * 80mm (Width * Depth * Height), it is the same size as other KECES products, allowing easy placement of the unit.

IeGO IEC Socket upgrade information:


We provide two types of socket for upgrades, and both socket will enhance the detail and dynamics, but both enhance in a different way. (Photo above shows AG-R301 socket, golden screw shown is replaced with better screws that come with spring washer.)

GU-R301 Gold plated 99.99% pure copper IEC socket not only enhance the details and dynamics, it also makes it sound warm and smooth, the high quality processing done on GU-R301's gold plating process also makes it sound more refined and all without losing a bit of the details (Well, it actually enhances the details when compared to the original computer grade socket).  GU-R301 is warmer sounding than AG-R301, if you are looking for warmer sound signature with more flair, please choose GU-R301 over AG-R301.


AG-R301 99.99% pure silver IEC socket will enhance dynamics and detail even further than GU-R301, and as with very high quality silver, the sound is smooth, detailed and quite neutral.  It do not have the "silver harshness" normally associated with low grade silver or thinly plated silver cable and connectors, high quality silver sounds smooth, with proper thickness, very detailed and open.  AG-R301 is neutral sounding and more detailed with better dynamics than GU-R301, if you are looking for that, please choose AG-R301 over GU-R301.  Please note that while GU-R301 is warmer, AG-R301 is by no means cold, it is very neutral.

For Acoustic-Fun: All Acoustic-Fun products carries a 3 year parts and labor warranty, please keep your original shipping box as it will contain the serial number needed for the warranty.

For All Products: Within warranty period, we will fix or replace it as quickly as possible at our discretion(usually under 3 days). User will be responsible for shipping it to us, and we will pay for the return shipping. For product out of warranty, we will charge a minimal repair/return shipping charge and process it quickly just like we do for warranty. Warranty will be voided if the product is modified, physically damaged(including but not limited to: impact/fall, moisture/water, fire, lighting or other force of nature/acts of God), or improperly used in ways that the product is not rated for.
